These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of luxchatmgmt.com (the "Site") and any preliminary engagement with LuxChat Talent Management ("LuxChat", "we", "us", "our"). They form a legal agreement between you and LuxChat. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Separate written agreements govern any management services we provide to creators on our roster. This Site ToS does not replace those agreements.
You must be aged 18 or over to use this Site or apply to work with LuxChat. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Submitting an application via this Site does not guarantee you will be offered a contract with LuxChat. We accept and decline applications at our sole discretion based on factors including roster fit, niche, current capacity and other business considerations. We will respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24–72 hours.
All content on this Site — text, graphics, images, logos, videos and software — is owned by LuxChat or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may view, share and link to our content for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
LuxChat is a talent management agency providing services to OnlyFans creators including chatting management, growth marketing, content strategy and brand development. The exact scope of services, fees and obligations are set out in individual signed management agreements between LuxChat and each creator. Information on this Site is for general guidance only and does not constitute a contract.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's reliability, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.
Earnings figures, growth rates and case studies discussed on this Site are illustrative only and reflect specific past results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome for any creator. Performance depends on many factors including the creator's content, audience, niche and effort.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxChat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, business or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You agree to indemnify and hold LuxChat harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under UK GDPR.
